SALES

All items are priced as eaches and sold in minimums. Please place order in multiples of the minimum as listed. Otherwise, Hadley Wren will increase your order to the nearest minimum size. 

MINIMUM ORDER (PER LOCATION)
$100 order minimum for all credit card and terms (credit approval needed for terms request, must submit credit application via email or fax).

A completed signed Resale Certificate must be submitted prior to any shipment for Washington State customer to avoid sales tax being applied.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Card:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for total product, shipping & handling. Hadley Wren reserves the right to process all charges and credits for an order placed by credit card against the card presented at the time of ordering. Please do not provide credit card information via email - phone or fax in directly to customer service.

Terms:

To apply for Net 30 terms, a completed and signed Hadley Wren credit application and 3 credit references must be provided. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review and processing on the new Net 30 accounts. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on delinquent accounts. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Please note: orders on hold for credit information do not allocate product. 

METHOD OF SHIPMENT

All merchandise is shipped FOB Tukwila, WA. Please allow two weeks for delivery. Shipments are routed via the carrier determined by Hadley Wren unless otherwise specified. Usually FedEx or UPS Ground. Hadley Wren is not responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, shipping information errors, failed delivery attempts and lost or stolen packages.

International locations:

Please note for shipping to outside of USA, your packages will be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees, and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Hadley Wren is not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, or Ancillary Service Fees of any kind. 

BACK ORDERS

Backorders under $50 will be canceled. All other backorders will be held open for 90 days from the original ship date and shipped without notice when available, unless specifically requested by customers to cancel. All backorders open past 90 days will cancel automatically.

PRICES

Prices printed in catalog or published on website are subject to change without notice.

EXCLUSIVITY

Hadley Wren does not offer territorial or product exclusivity.

RETURNS

Hadley Wren will authorize the return of miss sent or factory defective merchandise for full credit. A request for return authorization RA must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval – please email customerservice@hadleywren.com to request return authorization approval. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please review your order immediately upon receipt – no credits or claims will be accepted after 30 days.

 

MAP PRICING

All retailers may establish their own resale price but must not advertise pricing that is less than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) established by Hadley Wren. 

This policy covers all advertisements of Hadley Wren products across various platforms, including but not limited to, printed materials and all digital channels. 

This Policy is non-negotiable and will not be modified for any retailer. When you buy Hadley Wren products as an approved retailer, you are agreeing to adhere to MAP and its restrictions. 

 

ONLINE SELLER POLICY

All new retail applicants are required to prove the existence of a legitimate brick-and-mortar storefront and/or a proprietary e-commerce website. All retailers are strictly prohibited from listing products for sale on online marketplaces, including but limited to Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy. Exceptions to online marketplaces are social media platforms and eBay.

All orders from retailers identified as unapproved 3rd party re-sellers will be canceled.

 

POLICY VIOLATIONS

Violations of these policies will result in the cancellation of all orders and the termination of the customer relationship.

 

INSECT SHIELD

Insect Shield products cannot be sold or shipped in/to Canada. Any customer found selling Insect Shield products in/to Canada will be at risk of being denied future orders with Hadley Wren; no exceptions. Insect Shield products are only approved for sale and shipping within the United States.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

All scarves, ponchos, and kimonos are hand wash cold, line dry, low iron; unless otherwise noted. Avoid hot water on all cotton and hand-woven materials. Many of our items are hand-woven or hand-crafted and may vary in color, size, shape, and pattern. All products are imported.

Scarf sizes are listed with product. One size fits most/some is a guideline for women's sizes generally fitting no larger than L to XL.
